升级操作系统后，无法安装 plasma-nm 且没有 wifi 图标

我刚刚将我的 kubuntu（KDE plasma）从 21.10 升级到 22.04 LTS。但在成功安装并重新启动系统后，wifi 图标消失了，并且plasma-nm没有安装。
