帮助调试不稳定的触控笔行为

我的笔记本电脑配有 Wacom 触摸屏、Ubuntu 20.04 和 KDE 5.18.8。

触控笔及其橡皮擦（通过按钮激活）被识别，并且在屏幕的大部分区域（除了上部中心周围的一小块区域）都能很好地工作。当触控笔移到那里时，指针突然跳到屏幕的完全不同的部分。您可以在下面的屏幕截图中看到这种效果。我在屏幕上以之字形移动触控笔，而没有将其拆下（这种行为不仅发生在用于绘制此内容的 Xournal++ 上；它也发生在空桌面或其他应用程序上。）

我今天才注意到这个问题，之前从未遇到过，至少在几天前使用触控笔之前没有遇到过。在此期间，笔记本电脑和触控笔均未受到任何损坏。
