我刚刚解决了更改 ftp 连接设置中的一个选项（实际上不是必需的）的问题。因此，在站点管理器中，选择到您的 ftp 的连接，并在加密时选择要求在 TLS 上使用显式 FTP。

连接时它会询问证书（如果您信任来源，请接受它，就您的示例而言），现在连接就可以正常工作了。
