我发现了问题所在，人们会因此而恨我。两个 USB 驱动器连接到一个 USB 集线器，该集线器使用第二个端口来提供额外电源。我把 DVD 连接到 USB 集线器。我移除了集线器，将 DVD 驱动器直接连接到笔记本电脑，然后就可以正常工作了。显然，尽管使用了 2 个 USB 端口，但集线器无法为驱动器提供足够的电源，同时允许我操作鼠标和键盘。
