使用 juju 部署 charms 失败，tcp 连接超时

环境：

juju 使用 MAAS 引导环境 [Juju 1.19.x]

已连接至互联网：

获得 https://store.juju.ubuntu.com/charm-info?charms=cs%3Atrusty%2Fjuju-gui-3

与 charm meta 一起作为输出。

尝试使用命令部署我的第一个 juju charm：

juju deploy juju-gui -e maas --debug -v

错误如下：
