通常，当无线开关或组合键设置为关闭无线时，界面会显示为“已禁用”。这里有按钮 #3 吗？它设置为启用无线吗？

您可以尝试移除键盘模块：

sudo modprobe -r hp-wmi
sudo rfkill unblock all
rfkill list all

有改善吗？

如果这不起作用，我建议你尝试使用 Live DVD 或 USB 来获取较新的 Ubuntu 版本；14.04 或 14.10，其中模块hp-wmi可能会更好。
