我在 Ubuntu 14.04.5 上，我正在使用配备 Realtek 3235 芯片组的 Dell Latitude E7470。今天早上我升级到内核 4.4，声音停止工作。目前没有检测到声音设备，我通过声音故障排除文档无济于事。

似乎没有检测到声卡：

$ cat /proc/asound/cards
--- no soundcards ---

$ aplay -l
aplay: device_list:268: no soundcards found...

$ dmesg | grep -i hda
<no output>

看起来我处于所描述的情况通过这个错误我不知道该怎么做才能摆脱它。我在 Google 上搜索了至少三个小时，尝试了很多可能的解决方案，但都没有成功。今天早上声音还在，所以除非在此期间发生了一些硬件事故，否则我无法解释这种消失的原因。

刚买了同一台笔记本电脑，立即升级到 Zesty，结果就失去了声音。

最终对我有用的是（经过漫长的夜晚和数十次冷重启）添加以下内容/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf：

options snd-hda-intel model=auto

对我来说不起作用的是：
