可能的解决方案:我注意到当风扇以最大速度运转时,温度在 59-69C 范围内(CPU 处于“冷”状态),如果我从笔记本电脑上拔下交流电源,风扇的速度会在几秒钟或有时大约几十秒后变低。

所以,我认为如果我能以某种方式告诉 LMT 或操作系统,无论笔记本电脑是否实际连接到电源,它始终使用电池供电,我可能就能得到我想要的东西:风扇平稳运转。这是我唯一无法克服的问题。我不想再使用 Windows。

在我按照@Ingo的建议做了之后,事情终于好了。我删除了intel_powerclamp。通往地狱之路绝对是建立在善意之上的……

sudo rmmod intel_powerclamp

要永久禁用它并完全禁止加载它,请另外执行以下操作:

cd /etc/modprobe.d
sudo su
echo install intel_powerclamp /bin/true  >intel_powerclamp.conf
