可能是“enable”拼写错误（“enalbe monitor”）。

我其实已经弄清楚了为什么这个方法不管用。因为任何 v4.2.7p26 之后的 ntp 服务器版本（包括 v4.2.7p26）都不再响应 monlist 数据包。
