4.4 内核不支持网络设备。
最简单的解决方案是全新安装 Ubuntu 16.04.2，它很快就会提供下载（很可能是明天）。它肯定会支持无线适配器，希望也支持以太网适配器。
另一个简单的解决方案是安装 Ubuntu 16.10。
您也可以将 4.8 内核安装到 Ubuntu 16.04，但如果没有任何互联网连接，这项任务会稍微复杂一些。
