我终于搞明白了！这是 libcurl3 的问题，因为它是旧版本的 libcurl，即 16.04LTS。我通过 sudo apt-get remove libcurl3 卸载了 libcurl 3，然后尝试 sudo apt-get install curl，Bam 成功了！
