无法从 19.04 更新至 19.10

sudo apt-get update

我不知道这是否相关，但 sudo 通常也会给我这个错误：

http://ppa.launchpad.net/gnome3-team/gnome3/ubuntu是一个非常古老的 repo，他们的最新版本是针对 bionic（不是 disco）。

Software & Updates打开并删除该 PPA并不会犯任何错误。
