高通QCA6174不稳定的wifi和蓝牙

我的新笔记本电脑（Surface Laptop 3）的 Wifi 遇到了问题，Wifi/蓝牙的质量很差（无法保持距离 AP 1 米的信号）。

运行 Ubuntu 20.04，但也尝试了 19.10 和 Fedora 31，结果完全相同。它在 Windows 10 下运行完美（重新安装以进行测试）。
