问题
系统缓慢
当我登录系统时，需要花费相当长的时间才能“准备好”使用。当我打开应用程序时，File System需要花费很长时间才能打开它们。
冻结屏幕
在我使用该系统的三天里，电脑死机了 4 次以上。屏幕死机但系统仍在运行（在一次 Zoom 通话中进行了测试，事件发生后摄像头和麦克风仍在工作）。
每次系统死机时，唯一的解决办法就是使用Alt+ SystemKeyit+重新启动R E I S U B。其他组合键都不起作用（我试过Alt+F2和任何其他功能键）

您的交换分区过多，全新安装的 20.04 更倾向于使用 /swapfile 而不是交换分区。您的根分区也过多。
Ryzen 处理器因内存兼容性问题而臭名昭著。
看这里并确定您的处理器系列类型，然后检查内存列表以验证您当前的内存 DIMM 是否受支持。
去https://www.memtest86.com/并免费下载/运行它们memtest来测试你的记忆力。至少完成一次所有 4/4 测试以确认记忆力良好。这可能需要几个小时才能完成。

解决方案：
为了解决计算机死机和运行缓慢的问题，内核升级就可以了。就我而言，我将其更新为最后一个签名的更新：5.8.0-33~20.04.1
sudo apt install linux-image-5.8.0-33-generic
