Thunderbolt 基座无法被识别

我在戴尔 precision 7540 上运行 18.04LTS。大约 9 个月以来，我一直很愉快地使用我的 Thunderbolt 底座。

但本周，我更新了一些驱动程序（nvidia）并升级了内核。一旦我重新启动，我的底座就不再被识别。电源、鼠标、键盘和连接到底座的显示器都无法识别。

症状：

  • modprobe thunderbolt没有返回任何输出。
  • boltctl list没有返回任何输出。
  • boltd在跑。

Settings->Devices->Thunderbolt显示：“没有连接设备”

然而，lspci -tv收益为：

我检查了一下dmesg，发现一个 USB 错误：usb 1-2: 2:1: cannot get freq at ep 0x1，但不确定是否相关。

我遇到了类似的问题，我通过转到设置>隐私>雷电，然后选择解锁解决了它。
