当我与其他参与者一起参加基于 Web 浏览器的会议或观看 Twitch 频道时，操作系统开始延迟，以至于每个操作都需要 30 秒才能执行，我无法再执行任何操作。在会议期间，其他参与者看到我僵住了，听不清楚我的声音。观看 YouTube 视频时没有问题。
你有什么建议给我吗？我更新了显卡驱动程序，但没什么帮助。
