Thinkpad T14 无法从挂起状态唤醒

我有一台全新的 Thinkpad T14 Gen 1（型号 20S0）。当我让电脑进入睡眠/挂起状态（合上盖子）时，它有时能够再次唤醒——大约 60% 的时间；否则，它会卡在睡眠模式（黑屏，无论我按什么按钮都没有反应），我被迫关机并重新启动。我一直无法弄清楚为什么它只在某些时候唤醒。

我试过了：

  • 更新 BIOS
  • 增加交换文件大小
  • 切换到较新/较旧的内核版本
  • 安装、重新安装各种 Linux 发行版，包括较新/较旧的 Ubuntu 版本
  • grub 配置中的 GRUB_CMD_LINUX="nouveau.modeset=0"*
  • grub 配置中的 GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="nouveau.blacklist=1"*

*我有英特尔超高清显卡，所以这不是显卡问题（但我还是尝试过了）并且没有任何适用于英特尔的显示驱动程序可供安装。

我在 ThinkPad T14 Gen 1 AMD 上运行 Ubuntu 20.04 时也遇到了同样的问题。

我的解决方案是将 BIOS 中的“睡眠模式”选项从“Windows 10”更改为“Linux”
