磁盘管理器阻止关机

我是 Linux 新手,我的操作系统虽然只需几秒钟即可启动,但总是关机非常慢,这让我很烦恼。

然后我发现磁盘管理器无法正常关闭,总是超时。我正在运行双操作系统 Ubuntu + Windows,Ubuntu 版本为 22.04.1 LTS。系统安装在 NVMe ssd 上,通过 SATA 连接两个 HDD 和一个 SSD。
