导出并同步 Thunderbird 联系人？

如何同步 Thunderbird 中使用的地址簿（gmail+EDS 联系人集成和本地）？需要导出并将 AddressBook 与 UbuntuOne Contacts 同步。还是只能手动编辑 U1 Contacts？请为 Thunderbird 制作扩展“UbuntuOne contacts sync”。
