系统频繁挂起且响应滞后

我使用的是 Ubuntu 14.04。几个月前升级的。我的系统一直运行正常，直到昨天开始出现延迟。系统经常会挂起 30 秒（大约或更长），而且我打字时响应也出现延迟。除此之外，系统运行正常。

我已经在 Google 上搜索了错误信息，他们说这可能是硬盘问题。

更新：复制大型文件（电影等）到系统时系统会挂起。但我过去常常忽略它们。
