我刚刚遇到了同样的问题并且我有一个解决方案。
我的板载键盘一直正常工作，直到我尝试设置。特别是关于单词建议的设置
启动“dconf 编辑器”应用程序 -> 系统工具 -> dconf 编辑器
转到 org -> onboard -> typing assistance -> word-suggestions
取消勾选“启用”复选框并关闭 dconf 编辑器。
现在应该开始登机了。

打开板载设置可以在以下位置找到优先。 在里面一般的标签，确保编辑文本时自动显示未勾选。
另外如果开始隐藏勾选后可以在面板上找到板载图标，打开虚拟键盘。
