肯定是权限问题。我设法打开了用户管理器（在碰巧打开的 konsole 中执行 sudo plasmashell（感谢上帝）和系统设置）。创建一个新用户（并使用该用户登录）似乎已经解决了这个问题。
后来我愚蠢地执行了 sudo chown -R me /home/me，结果又搞砸了！使用 10 年 Linux 后我应该知道这一点。隐藏文件权限很重要...
