将我的操作系统升级到 Ubuntu 18.04 并重新安装 vm Workstation 14.1.2 后问题得到解决。
安装 vmware 后，转到：共享虚拟机（右键点击）> 许可并检查您是否有权限。您可以删除/添加用户。
