NTFS 磁盘上的权限被拒绝

我在使用 Ubuntu 19.10 时遇到了一些权限问题。我有 3 个磁盘：

sda/ 
sda1/ntfs with win10
sda2/efi
sda3/ext4 ubuntu 19.10
sdb/ntfs with files
sdc/ntfs with files

我已经安装了qbitorrent无法写入 sdb，但可以写入 sdc。我已经安装了恩比也无法写入 sdb 或 sdc。我一直在fstab尝试不同的选项，但都不起作用。我也执行了sudo chown -R user:user /mountpoint 但结果相同
