打开系统设置 -> 软件和更新 -> Ubuntu 软件选项卡 -> 下载自 -> 其他 -> 选择最佳服务器 -> 选择最佳服务器，

我也遇到了同样的问题。我将笔记本电脑插入有线互联网连接并更新了软件存储库。这为我解决了这个问题。

搜索软件并更新。转到“更新软件”菜单。在下载选项中，从列表中选择适当的服务器。例如，我来自印度，我选择了其他 >> 印度 >> ftp.iitb.ac.in（印度理工学院孟买分校的服务器）。这对我有用，我可以安装任何软件。
