所以我按照服务人员说的做了：安装 Windows 和专用于 Windows 的原装驱动程序（它装在 DVD 光盘上，但显然 E11 没有 CD/DVD 驱动器）。
Acer 服务根本不支持 Linux，所以他们无法判断硬件是否损坏。
安装适当的驱动程序后，Windows 下的网络摄像头也无法工作。
但我买这台上网本还不到10天，就换了一台新的。
