本地 nginx https 服务器发送错误证书：mediarouter.home

我通过 nginx 在我的系统上搭建了一个网站服务器，当我远程访问我的网站时，一切正常，但是当我在本地访问这个网站（通过在 /etc/hosts 中写入域名）时，nginx 会发送错误的证书，下面是 chrome 提示：

从评论来看，问题是由于在 /etc/hosts 中使用了不同的 IP 地址引起的

一旦/etc/hosts更新，大概更新到公共 IP，它就会按预期工作。
