您能否获取正在运行的 tor 进程并将其终止：
ps aux | grep -i tor

好的，Tor-Relay 邮件列表中的人解决了我的问题：我有太多东西尝试访问相同的端口。例如，SOCKS 和目录侦听器都在尝试 9050。
一旦我将所有端口更改为单独的端口，它就很高兴了！
