运行任何 sudo 命令都会产生奇怪的输出

看起来每次我sudo在 Ubuntu 上运行命令时都会执行一些脚本：

sudo apt update
mmap: Invalid argument
munmap: Invalid argument
munmap: Invalid argument
munmap: Invalid argument
munmap: Invalid argument
Unable to stop the stream.: Bad file descriptor
munmap: Invalid argument
munmap: Invalid argument
munmap: Invalid argument
munmap: Invalid argument
[sudo] password for username: 
Hit:1 http://ua.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu bionic InRelease
...

它不依赖于 之后的命令sudo，sudo apt或 也是如此sudo sublime。并且在不需要身份验证时不会显示任何错误。所以看起来这与身份验证有关。

是否运行了任何特定脚本？是否有任何日志文件可供检查？

操作系统：Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS x86_64

内核：4.15.0-43-generic

外壳：bash 4.4.19

sudo 没有别名
