在我的 MSI 上安装 Ubuntu 18 后，无法检测到我的 LG 外接显示器的 HDMI 输出。初步搜索为我找到了一个“解决方案”：将显示管理器从 切换gdm3到lightdm。这种方法奏效了一段时间，然后在一系列挂起/重启后，我返回到外接显示器，HDMI 再次无法检测到。
