蓝牙无法正常工作 Ubuntu 19.04 Disco Dingo

我使用的是通用加密狗，它与 Bionic Beaver 和 Cosmic Cuttlefish 配合得很好。更新到 19.04 后，我无法让它工作，这是我在使用 gnome 桌面的 arch linux 中发现的类似问题。
