更新后，旧内核仍然存在，没有必要删除它们，因为更新后使用新内核可能会遇到问题。旧内核仍然可以在高级选项...选项中的grub2菜单。从您发布的内容可以清楚地看出，系统中的默认内核（即默认启动选项）是5.3.0-61-generic。

VBox 6.1 也兼容 Linux 内核 4.x：

应该可以使用 Oracle VM VirtualBox 安装程序或手动安装在大多数基于 Linux 内核 2.6、3.x、4.x 或 5.x 的系统上使用 Oracle VM VirtualBox。
