  1. 我第一次do-release-upgrade在工作时运行，但是由于网络不稳定，我很早就停止了下载。
  2. 我发现我的 Apache 无法正常工作，所以我do-release-upgrade又试了一次。我收到一条警告，说我应该升级到最新补丁，但我发现它“是最新的”，大约有 1500 个软件包“被保留”
  3. 浏览了一会儿后，我运行了apt-get install -f。它下载了大约 650mb 的软件包，重新启动后，操作系统可以运行，但图形用户界面损坏了，看起来像 Windows 98。
  4. 我运行apt-get dist-upgrade后，它下载了大约 1.5gb 的软件包。完成后，我重新启动，操作系统运行“正常”，除了上述错误。不过 Apache 仍然无法正常工作。

老实说，我建议您重新安装 Ubuntu MATE 18.04。由于您已经开始备份，我建议您继续备份，然后重新安装。您可能会找到解决方案，但这似乎需要大量工作，不值得您花时间。
