无法通过以太网连接

当我通过以太网连接时，我无法在 Ubuntu 上上网。

在 Windows 上它运行正常，所以这是 Ubuntu 的问题。我在运行 lshw -c network 时也遇到了这个问题。

我该如何解决这个问题？这是 RTL8168 的驱动程序问题吗？

当我跑步时sudo modprobe r8169我得到 modprobe: FATAL: Module r8169 not found in directory /lib/modules/5.11.0-25-generic

但当我尝试时，sudo dimes | grep r816我什么也看不到。
