如何安装特定版本的 libc6-dev

我正在尝试libc6-dev在我的Ubuntu-20.04 LTSdocker容器上安装特定版本来编译我们旧的项目源代码。但是下面的步骤不起作用。

add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-security-proposed/ppa
apt-get update
apt-get install libc6-dev=2.23-0ubuntu11.2

安装过程中出现以下错误：

apt-get install libc6-dev=2.23-0ubuntu11.2
