Dell XPS 9310 无法在外接显示器上显示 4K

我有一台戴尔 XPS 9310 连接着我的 4K 联想 L28u-30 显示器。直到最近它都运行良好。现在它只能显示 1920x1200 的最大分辨率，而且我无法使用 4K。显示器通过 type-c - HDMI 配件连接。我买了一条新的高速电缆，但也没用。所以我尝试了很多方法都找不到解决方案。以下命令给出：

它无法改变分辨率，但我不知道该怎么做。

问题出在 Type-C 转 HDMI 戴尔配件上。我换了另一个，现在一切正常。
