今天运行 Ubuntu 22.04 更新后，我遇到了一个问题，我的笔记本电脑在空闲时负载在 1.6 到 2.0 之间很高，即使关闭了几乎所有进程也是如此。内存消耗看起来不错，CPU 消耗感觉有点高，但笔记本电脑仍然很热，风扇超负荷运转。

我尝试重新启动并使用以前使用的内核，但没有效果。

可能是什么原因造成的？如何解决这个问题？
