我尝试用 PHC 修补内核，安装了 cpufreq PHC，但这些在现代 pstates intel 芯片上不起作用。

在 Windows 上的 XTU 中轻松重新粘贴我的 CPU 并降低电压，并且也希望减少 ubuntu 上的功耗/热量/噪音。
