尝试@Doug Smythie 的答案并重新启用 intel-pstate 调节器并重新启动,我的处理器现在以几乎全部的处理能力最佳地运行。
我所要做的就是 /etc/default/grub 文件并将 GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT 更改为 GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="intel_pstate=enable quiet splash"
