为什么在字体上运行 fc-cache 后 fc-list 没有列出字体

我在 Linux 黑盒系统上工作，uname -a 给出

 Linux 0247 3.3.4-ROMROOT-NT1 #1 Fri Nov 17 14:46:03 JST 2017 armv7l GNU/Linux

系统上只有一种字体

 /usr/lib/fonts/ipag.ttf

但fc-list什么也不返回

所以我尝试正确安装它

[root@0247]# sudo fc-cache -rv /usr/lib/fonts
/usr/lib/fonts: caching, new cache contents: 1 fonts, 0 dirs
/var/cache/fontconfig: cleaning cache directory
/root/.cache/fontconfig: not cleaning non-existent cache directory

字体似乎已安装，但仍然fc-list没有返回任何内容，这是为什么？
