我有一个 Ubuntu 11.04 盒子。有一个通过 USB 插入的电缆调制解调器（摩托罗拉 SBG900）。我的带宽应该是 8Mbit 下载和 0.7Mbit 上传。前段时间一切都很好，但最近几周我的下载速度一直低于 400-450kB/s。今天我仔细检查了一下，似乎 USB 连接有问题。我尝试通过 RJ45 连接到调制解调器，最大下载速度为 8Mbit（良好）。我回到 USB，速度不超过 400-450kB/s（即 4mbits）。
