如何在启动 Emacs 时隐藏英语/欧式菜单？

不确定这个菜单是什么，但它阻止了我在解释器中看到的内容。

这是 2011-05-24 sdev10 上的 GNU Emacs 23.3.1（sparc-sun-solaris2.10、X 工具包、Xaw3d 滚动条）。我通过大学服务器 (SSH) 访问它。我一启动 Emacs 就可以访问它。

我没有意识到它是一个菜单。这是一张屏幕截图（按下鼠标），显示了此弹出窗口的其他一些选项。我要去找 IT 部门看看他们是否能找到答案。可能显示到机器和从机器显示的内容有所不同。（我的都是 Suse 的变体）我相信这个问题是基于 LOCALE 的，因为在我的系统上重现我的问题的另一次尝试给了我一堆与语言环境相关的 perl 错误，并且它默认为标准语言环境（“C”）。
