尝试使用其他浏览器登录解决了我的问题。有趣的是，没有经验法则可以确定哪种浏览器可以使用 - 我的朋友在 Mac 上使用 Firefox，而我需要在 Windows 上使用 Iron（Firefox 无法使用）。

并且它与插件无关（我在 Firefox 和 Iron 上都有 Adblock）。
