您无法在测试版或不稳定版中安装该软件包的原因是它是于 2017 年 9 月删除因为它已经过时了。此后的任何 Debian 版本中都不再提供该功能。它本来应该被替换为filemanager-actions，这是在 Debian 中短暂可用（但从未发布）；目前最接近的替代品是鹦鹉螺行动哪个希望很快就会在 Debian 中可用。
当您查找它时，它仍然在arm64的debports中被列为可用，但这只是因为它还没有在那里被清理；它实际上无法从 debports 下载（按照当时可用的链接会导致 404 错误）。
