无法从同一网络中的其他系统访问我的端口

我的机器运行的是 Red Hat Linux 操作系统。

我已经在端口 8060 中使用 apache 设置了一个服务器。我可以在 localhost 中访问，但不能访问同一网络的其他系统。我可以 ping 机器，但无法访问端口

我已经检查过 iptables。没有端口被过滤。
