在发布任何预定警告后的整整 10 分钟内，无法建立任何新的互联网连接。如果启动浏览器 (IE 11)，则会出现旋转箭头和“正在等待...”，并将持续整个 10 分钟，之后将出现主页。如果我在此期间对任何 URL 发出 ping 命令，则不会有任何抱怨，绝对不会有任何响应。

我在 08:47 左右切断了 Cisco 网关的电源，导致出现 e1dexpress 警告 (*)。目的是查看这是否会永久改变 DNS 事件时间，这表明问题可能出在网关本身。但请注意，网关的临时断电不会改变 75 分钟的周期。
