Windows 10 于 2015 年 7 月 29 日正式发布。据维基百科：

为了鼓励人们采用 Windows 10，微软宣布在 Windows 10 上市的第一年，将向 Windows 7 或 Windows 8.1 正版合格版本的用户免费提供 Windows 10。

微软建议将符合条件的 Windows 7 或 Windows 8.1 版本升级到 Windows 10，因为升级仍是免费的。2016 年 7 月 29 日之后，升级到 Windows 10 则需要付费。

升级免费 1 年。一旦安装，即可免费升级。1 年免费升级期结束后再升级的用户必须从 Microsoft 购买升级。
