计算机连接到某些网站的速度很慢

我的电脑在这个网站上运行速度真的很慢（http://www.nexusmods.com)。加载首页大约需要一两分钟。我在谷歌和超级用户上搜索过这个问题，但他们总是说这是他们的互联网或服务器的问题。我不相信是那样，那是问题所在。我试过用手机连接到服务器，在同一个互联网上，只花了 6 秒钟就加载了网页。我不知道是什么原因造成的，任何帮助都将不胜感激。
