Windows 10 - 英特尔以太网 I219-V(2) - 某种 DHCP 问题？

ipconfig /all显示以太网适配器有一个169.xxx地址，经过一些研究后表明存在 DHCP 问题？

电缆和网络都很好（我在笔记本电脑上使用它们来发布此内容）。网络不受我控制，因此我无法重置/重新启动它们。ipconfig /release并且/renew在运行它们时失败。
