似乎我可以通过路由器访问互联网上的任何网站（包括 serverfault），但出于某种原因 bitbucket.org 无法工作（当我在 Chrome 中访问 URL 时，需要很长时间然后超时，并出现 ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT - 如果我使用 SourceTree，它也会需要很长时间然后超时）。如果我将笔记本电脑带到其他地方并通过另一个 wifi 网络连接，我就可以正常访问 bitbucket.org。

我使用 Macbook，通过 wifi 连接到我的华为 B593s-601 路由器。我系统地检查了路由器控制台中可以访问的每个设置，并特别确保它没有任何黑名单中的 URL（它没有）。

在防火墙部分，防火墙级别设置为“低（禁用）”，在此设置下方显示：

    Block Denial of Service (DoS) attacks from the LAN and Internet, such as 
    SYN floods and ping floods.
